Thanks Rob, I've never tried working w/clay.

Here's a couple of driftwood carvings I did. The Tree of life is my fave, as there are about 18 different animals on it.

No I sculpted the piece in polymer clay and then made it look lie it was sculpted...chip marks etc....then made a mould and cast in a cream polyurethane resin...and painted the bear wood to match iron wood and left the claws and eyes resin to look like bone....

Hey Bill, Loved the drawings. Great to see another talented Turner.

Hi Rob,

I really like the bear w/the fish in it's mouth. Nice to see another carver. Did you use bone?

My other passion (Besides my wife.), is wood carving. I teach at a Senior Ctr and sell my works mostly by word of mouth. Here's a walking stick I did to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg. I call it Brothers in Arms.

Okay, here we go. Are you really sure you want to see what rattles around in this head besides building instruments? I'll start with a couple of recent illustrations. The guitarists were just for fun. The 2 pieces of fan art were done as submissions for contests.
