Big Green is ready for her maiden voyage. I completely rebuild the lower carriage to make her more stable. I am absolutely positive that I didn’t consider some unforeseen detail and will have to change something, but she looks pretty good at this time. But time will tell.

This is a Hong-Roddman machine I have included this to show another type of duplicator system, I have seen this one in action it retails for about $20,000. The router goes straight up and down very ridge and precise.
This is what the top gunsmiths use. But remember the rough stock blank with no machining typ. sells for $600 to $1800 or more. No room for error.

Ted, one of the things I want to carve is the vintage Martin guitar necks with the diamond on the back. V shaped or round neck types. I feel this style would add a lot to the vintage looks of a cigar box guitar that I am after.

Ted,
My plans are to be a master luthier . I want to build the highest quility guitar necks and bodies for my builds.

Machines like this frees up a lot of time to be spent on other details that requier hand work, like my pups. My machine can build two necks at the same time if I need. Also build the highest quility gunstocks , tomahawk handles, native american flutes, And gosh whos knows what else.

Ted you need a copy machine.

The rails are almost completed for my duplicator machine. Little by little I am getting closer to completion. Over all this will be a heavy duty machine.
