I thoroughly enjoyed looking over these Ho' Made Masterpieces....great fun !  The amount of ingenuity, workmanship and in lots of cases pure Artistic Genius evident on these builds, is nothing short of phenomenal. Good Luck to all participants...this was a tough call to make.

After spending a great deal of time carefully looking over each entrant, and judging them all on the same criteria which included the Artistic, Practical and Functional nature of each one, (as best I could without actually hearing or doing a closer examination),  I cast my ballot for Simon Stanbridge's Resonator Bukey, "Wok Around the Clock." Thank you for this...it was a real treat. Best wishes for you and yours this New Year.

So much bad weather here in the UK I didn't get near the garage or my shed. I am really glad I didn't get to make anything as the entries are exceptional. Well done to everyone.

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Crocker for this site. All the builds were great. I'm sorry but I can't make a decision to save my soul. Thank all of you for your time and hard work. You do good work and are an inspiration to the rest of us.

Wow. These are great. It was difficult to choose. Thanks for the challenge, Ted. Maybe I will submit something in the Spring challenge.

This was so hard to vote on!  They were all wonderful and show how ingenious everyone can be.   I think your all crazy. LOL  I would never have imagined such things until I joined this forum.  Now my head spins all the time. Way to go guys!!

I agree hard to pick one. Great builds & very creative. You're all winners in my book!

almost impossible to vote one.  Next time better to have categories ?  Full acoustic, acoustic/electric, steampunk, straight cbg, bass etc. etc.  I like the elegance of the gourd, I can't imagine how difficult to insert the neck into it with a so high degree of precision.

Man these are all killer builds .  Would be cool to do a "down on tha farm" challenge for spring . What do you guys think ?

To everyone who entered fabulous job. As you know I'm just Ted's friend and I might have some good ideas, But a builder NEVER. So I can't take anything away from your entry's. But when Ted brought the idea up to me I assumed I would see more car parts and tools based on what direction he was telling me. Maybe in the future there needs to be more guidelines on actual theme of builds, where everyone  is building with cans or boxes or bottles??? Just a thought
