i play at a club every thursday. Living in Miami they don't hear much 'slide'. Being "born" in the blues it is my thing. So was asked to accompany this duo. Have done some Dan Fogleberg, Iris DeMent, "Stuck in the Middle with You" = to really great crowd re-action. So it sent me to dust off my guitars i use for slide playing. This is an earlier attempt, not too successful--- where i re-visited looking for something not so harsh[ i have a metal body National], and am pleased with the look and more so the sound.

Love it! Great conversion. The tailpiece is a great addition, too.

Wow Bob, really nice conversion!  Love the spatula.  How did you plug the original sound hole?
