Cigar Box Guitar Headquarters - CBG HQ

I have been melting number 2 plastic containers (yogurt, cheese, dish soap, etc.) in a toaster oven at 350 degrees and squishing them in a wooden form to make these sheets. Then I make pick guards and peghead overlays with them. Email if you want more details.

I made a mold from scrap plywood. Basically, it is a shallow box. I also made a lid that fits inside the box. I line it with parchment paper when pressing the plastic.
