"Though there are various versions of Keef's quote all over the interwebs, I believe the accurate version is "5 strings, three notes, two fingers, and one arsehole". In his autobiography, Life, he says he got the open G idea…"

DownUnder 3 'Drop-in' Pickup

"Hi Ted, I'm thinking about adding a magnetic pup to this guitar, and was wondering about the downunder. How much room is required below decks? this shallow Padron box with a thru-neck may not have enough headroom. Do you make a version of this…"

Hey Craig, yes i have sold some amps. Right now i dont have any amps or parts though. Were you looking for one? Danelectro honeytone, Johnson mini and fender mini deluxe are the guts i use to put in small cigar boxes. I found this way a littlt better because soldering all those parts yurself took so long... I should have parts again after Christmas, Have a great weekend.

Hi Craig, welcome to the Clubhouse! Some real nice details on your builds - way to make a great entrance LOL. Very nice neck thru on the reso. There's a thread where we post our Lowezos - Show us your Lowezo, folks would love to see it in there.

The focus here is on all types of handmade instruments and music. There are lots of helpful builders and players here and lots of Groups to teach and learn. We welcome participation so don't be shy.

Have a look around, introduce yourself in My Name Is... and add yourself to the Member Map. There's an active Chat Room where you can ask questions, offer help or just talk about anything with some great folks.

Most of all Have Fun!
