From a kazoo buddy/instrument maker out in California who's a member
What instruments are you building or playing?
I specialize in wooden Carolina style folk kazoos but make an assortment of folk instruments that include the Diddley Bow, Guiros, Cajon, Stomp Box, Finger Tapper, Country Celo, Finger Piano, Clave, and other one of a kind instruments of my own design.

I play guitar, kazoo, cajon, and assortment of other folk instruments I make.

yep, didn't have much need for the laser ether mostly wanted it because of the fence. I also made a jig for making thin cuts for bridge parts. The saw is good for what I intend to use it for,small parts and head stocks. The size is good, I can dust it off and put it away easily.

George, Thank you for your kind words. You do some pretty fine work. I love your work shop, I defiantly need one of those. Right now I'm working in the garage/wife's parking spot if you know what I mean. I recently purchased the same band-saw, how do you like it?

Hi Doc, welcome to the Clubhouse!  You might be weird enough to fit right in here...

The focus here is on all types of handmade instruments and music. There are lots of helpful builders and players here and lots of Groups to teach and learn. We welcome participation so don't be shy.

Have a look around, introduce yourself in My Name Is... and add yourself to the Member Map. There's an active Chat Room where you can ask questions, offer help or just talk about anything with some great folks.
