Started my second CBG. This one will be a 6 string using cannibalized parts from a cheep-o electric guitar I had in the back of the closet. Decided to start this one while the sealer on my first build was drying. I may just have to break down and buy a few tools. This is really fun.
Well, after a few cold ones as it is hot as hell here in South Louisiana I got back to it on my first CBG. Noticed a couple mistakes I have made already getting in a rush to get 'er done but nothing that cant be fixed. I got the slots cut in the box. Ruined the first box by not double checking my markings before I cut. Glad I got a bunch of boxes. Neck fits in pretty good!
OK, finally am getting started on my first CBG.
This one will probably be a pretty crude first attempt as it will be made with the few hand tools I have around here. Basically a coping saw, drill, and an old wood file. Got like 30 decent cigar boxes yesterday.
