Thank you Ted

Being retired I spend most of my spare time making and selling stringed instruments. I love making Mountain Dulcimers, Lap Steel Guitars, Diddley Bows, and Cigar Box Guitars. My specialty is Dog Dish Resonator Cigar Box Guitars.

My site is  http://www.charleslmcdowell.com

Thanks for adding me Ted. I already have a selection of cigar boxes and some hardwood for necks. I'm currently gathering tools and can't wait to start my first Cigar Box Guitar build!

Thanks for adding me Ted. I've been building CBGs for a little over a year now. Recently completed my first strumstick. Waiting now to receive my new X-Carve from Inventables. I am a blacksmith and welder by trade and also have a Torchmate CNC plasma table in my shop. Planning to use that to make a lot of my own hardware. Will be starting my first 4 string license plate resonator CBG next week. There'll be a lot of firsts for me in this guitar.  Hope to be both educated and to educate here. Have a great day buddy.

Thanks for the comment on "PlanoTop", Ted.  Saw your "Rattler" amps and the recent Rory Tribute.  Very cool.

Thank you Ted for accepting me into your site.  I love music, especially the blues and am looking forward to starting my first build after the first of the year.  I've already gained a ton of information from this site.
